If a client decides to discontinue a project after payment or after work has begun, no refund will be issued.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final approved custom creative materials created specifically for their project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Noble Growth Literary retains the right to showcase completed work within our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been established.

All unpublished manuscripts, business information, marketing strategies, and personal information shared with Noble Growth Literary will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission unless required by law.

Communication is conducted via email and other mutually agreed channels throughout the duration of the project.
